Power 1: Ice Manipulation: Ability to reduce the kinetic energy of atoms and thus reduce temperature, can be used to control, generate, or absorb ice. He can't shake or touch hands with other people. If he does he could possibly freeze them to death or give them major frost bite. Though he could learn to control this somehow in the future.

Power 2: Shadow Manipulation: Ability to manipulate darkness, often by mentally accessing a dimension of dark energy. Doing Shadow Manipulation makes his mind sluggish after about 5 minutes of using it. If he goes above his max (1 hour) he passes out.

History: Andrew's parents were from a small town in Missouri right smack in the middle of it. They were love birds since High school and decided to move when they both graduated. 3 years later from them moving to Alaska his dad struck gold, literally. The land they were on was said to hold many fossils. His dad being a paleontologist bought the land and started to dig. During his time digging for clues of fossil's he found a small chunk of gold: worth about a $100. His father ordered a mass mining on it with what little money he had. He continued to mine gold for a while until it was completely dry. That was when he became a multi-millionaire and went into Science.

After 2 years of finding the gold his father was doing well in the business and decided to have a child, so they had him. Later on during his father's career as a Scientist Andrew drank some kind of formula that gave him these super powers. Though he does not know because he didn't want his father to find out he had super powers. Though that changed when his family was held up in a robbery and they nearly lost there lives. Andrew froze the ground and the robbers slipped and fell. After he came out of being passed out for about a day Andrew was sent to Xavier's School of the Gifted where he's been for the past 10 years harnessing his powers.

Solstice is a very laid back guy but if you mess with him, his family or friends you'd best be prepared for the fight of your life. He likes to make jokes out of everything even when someone is pointing a gun to someone's head. Though this often makes him resented with most people but he works to get the job done. He doesn't care how just as long as it gets the person out of there alive. He's also known to cuss a lot.

This left him with a lot of money, so he made a custom made suit for himself. The gloves allow him to control the ice to his bidding due to the latest technology of his father's company. The Mask allows him to breathe in water also.

It doesn't have to be a weakness for every power, just the fact that he can't touch anyone, is a weakness. Maybe the Shadow manipulation tires him mentally. You have to have a weakness, to not give that God vibe. It's not fair for everyone to use their power perfectly, not defects or anything, it's not fair. If one person has it, everyone should have it. But it doesn't have to be a huge one. Like I said, maybe using the shadow manipulation tires him mentally. Like Spyke loses calcium, or gets burned by the flaming Spykes. But apart from that, accepted.
